The  Novel  Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) caused a worldwide pandemic that has devastated every corner of the United States. Our solution identifies individuals with the SARS-CoV-2 infection, identifying and tracing contacts of COVID-19 cases, monitoring the health status of infected individuals, or linking individuals to clinical trials of therapies or preventative interventions for COVID-19. Particular focus includes digital health solutions for traditionally underrepresented populations as well as those with diminished access to healthcare resources.

360Health, through its proprietary technologies has developed a comprehensive digital health solution that not only utilizes technologies currently in existence, i.e., COTS, but, these technologies will also enable the sharing and integration of de-identified data and other digital assets derived from multiple systems. Our solution will implement and rapidly deploy a comprehensive disease investigation/contact tracing IT application solution to support critical operations to contain the spread of the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) or any other disease pandemic.

Support operations and logistics for hiring and training local residents as Contact Tracers, on-boarding teams under the city’s departments of epidemiology and human resources, and thereby reinvigorating local economies.

SURVEILLANCE

Real time analytics on how a population is being impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic and how individuals are being tracked to monitor and control the spread
Statistical information pertaining to the geographic area or the unit, depending on user permissions will include number of calls, call times, number of calls received/dropped, length of time on call, number of cases received, number of positive and negative cases, demographics by race, age, sex, pre-existing conditions, employment status of individuals across the district.
